Grew up in Pasadena.

One time initiate in the AMORC.

Alleged lone assassin of Robert F. Kennedy.

On June 5, 1968, Sirhan fired a gun in the kitchen of the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. However the Los Angeles coroner Thomas Noguchi found that according to the bullet trajectory and the power burns to Kennedy’s head, it was physically impossible for Sirhan to have fired the fatal shots. (Noguchi was fired and had to sue to regain his job.)

Immediately after the shooting, Sirhan exhibited signs of post-hypnotic suggestion and still claims to not have any memory of what happened on the night of the assassination. He has filed claims from prison that the LAPD have destroyed important evidence, such as wood paneling with bullet holes (true) and that he was the victim of CIA mind control (somewhat trickier to prove).

Sirhan remains in prison with a life sentence for the murder.

In 2006, the Ambassador Hotel was demolished to make way for a school.
