Robert Spencer Carr

First reporter of the Aztec New Mexico UFO Crash on February 13 1948.
According to Jaques Vallee, Carr was a lecturer in mass communication at the University of South Florida, who used to work for Walt Disney on classified projects involving nonverbal communication” (Revelations, p22).
One of the originators of the belief that alien bodies have been recovered from crashed UFOs by secret forces within the government.
In 1974, he was southern director of NICAP.
