Voynich manuscript

A Renaissance book with 250 pages of seemingly encoded text and emblems which has stumped cyptographers for centuries. The most likely theory is that it actually contains no meaning — it was just a gorgeous hoax by Edward Kelley. Edward Kelley

aka: Edward Kelly, Edward Talbot 16th century alchemist. Called The Crop-Eared Wizard because he’d had his ears cropped for earlier sorcery. Kelley used John Dee as his seer.
